The company is responsible for guiding the installation and debugging of the product. Determine the specific installation location of the product and provide the product foundation map within 7 working days after the contract takes effect. Customers should prepare the product foundation according to the drawings to ensure requirements are met.
Acceptance criteria are based on the technical agreement in the contract. The product shelf life is calculated from the date of arrival for one year (consumable parts like collimating lens, focusing lens, protective lens, and cutting nozzle are not covered by the warranty).
Free technical training is provided. After installation and debugging, technical training will be provided to customer operators at the site until the operators learn it.
Door-to-door service and irregular return visits are provided. Response within 2 hours of receiving a repair notification, with arrival promised within 48 hours.
