Diode laser hair removal technology is based on the selective dynamics of light and heat. The laser goes through the skin surface to reach the root of hair follicles; light can be absorbed and converted into heat damaged hair follicle tissue.
It is performed using gold standard 808nm diode laser technology. Meanwhile, contacting surface cooling technology applied on the Sapphire Dual-Chill Tip can eliminate the heat effect, greatly improving both the treatment performance and safety.
The instrument uses the laser-wave to break Chromatophore into pieces which can be naturally absorbed by the body. The Q-switched Nd:YAG laser radiates the light with a specific wavelength in high peak energy pulse.
The 1064nm wavelength shatters and removes black and blue pigments, while the 532nm wavelength targets red, pink, purple, and brown pigments without damaging normal tissue.
